If you can see all the web pages OK but you receive an error when you click the ORDER FORM, it means that your web browser needs updating as it cannot handle the latest 128 bit security encryption.
How to check the Version of your
Browser?
Click HELP on the main menu and select ABOUT
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, it should be version 6 or better.
If you have cable or ADSL

download the latest Internet Explorer
While our web site is updated regularly, it is possible that you don't see the latest updates right away due to memory settings (called caching) on your computer or on the computer of your Internet Service Provider. Computers store the web pages you have visited and if it is not set to check for new pages, it will show you the pages from memory.
To ensure that you view the latest updates click the REFRESH button of your browser. This function should load in the latest pages, but if you are still in doubt, try SHIFT + REFRESH or CTRL + REFRESH.
Check the settings of your browser
as well.
Click TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > SETTINGS (Temporary Internet Files)
and select "Every time you start Internet Explorer".
If a function called JAVA is not enabled in your browser, you might have
difficulty navigating the web site.
To enable JAVA, click TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > ADVANCED
and make sure that you tick all Java relation options.
If you still have difficulties, just SCROLL to the bottom of pages and you will always find a simple TEXT MENU you can use.
