What will I receive?
You'll receive healthy and delicious breakfasts, lunches, dinners, plus snacks. Every meal is carefully calorie controlled and nutritionally balanced for your convenience. Plus there will be information sent to you about health and fitness on a regular basis via newsletters.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Certainly not. You may use us for as long as you like: either one week or longer. You're in control.

Do you provide special meal plans?
Yes, our menu is suitable for people with high cholesterol or diabetes.

When do you deliver?
When you contact your local centre they will be able to give you an approximate delivery time. However most NuShape deliveries are done late afternoon through to early evenings.

How do I pay if I am not home when the food arrives?
You may leave either a crossed cheque in your letter box, or under a doormat for our driver. Or you may pay by credit card over the telephone.

Will the food keep until I get home?
Yes, it will be fine for quite some time. The food will be left either in our foam esky with an ice brick.

How much weight will I lose?
Approximately 1/2 to 1 kilo per week, however it depends on your metabolic rate. Some people lose weight a little faster than that, especially at the start of their weight loss program.

Can I buy dinners only?
Yes, you may.  They are available in packs of 14, 10 or 7 dinners.

I am not a diabetic. Why are blood sugar levels important to weight loss?

In very simple terms: Your body converts all carbohydrates into blood sugar. Your body responds to blood sugar by releasing insulin.

One of its jobs is to push the sugar into the muscles for energy. Its other job is to store excess sugar as body fat, mainly around the stomach, midriff area and around the organs. The higher the blood sugar levels are, the more insulin is produced to deal with this. Therefore anyone wanting to lose weight should not only watch calories but also keep their insulin responses ‘tight’ by choosing foods low to moderate in the Glycaemic Index.
